This market will resolve to the player who wins the Calder Memorial Trophy for the 2026-27 NHL season. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official winner as determined by NHL rules. If multiple winners are announced then this market will resolve to the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026-27 NHL season is cancelled, postponed after June 30, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source for this market will be official information from the NHL; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The 2026 NHL Draft class depth and top prospects' team situations keep the 2026-27 Calder Trophy market wide open, with trader consensus reflected in Gavin McKenna's leading 27.5% implied probability alongside Ivar Stenberg at 10.5% and a broad field where "Other" sits near 50%. McKenna, the No. 1 overall pick by the Toronto Maple Leafs out of Penn State, enters with elite production history from the WHL and international play, while Stenberg (likely a top-5 selection to the San Jose Sharks) and names such as Porter Martone, Anton Frondell, Cole Hutson, and Ilya Protas benefit from strong junior/NCAA momentum and projected top-six or power-play roles. No official rosters or injury reports exist yet this far from training camp, and historical precedent shows late scratches, limited ice time, or unexpected breakouts from undrafted or lower-picked players can shift probabilities rapidly in a rookie class this competitive.
