Recent National Weather Service and model guidance indicate sunny, hot conditions for Dallas on September 12 under a strong ridge, with forecast highs centered on 99–101°F and minimal rain chances. Southerly flow advects warm, humid Gulf air while subsidence suppresses clouds, maximizing solar heating; heat indices may reach 106–110°F. Trader sentiment clusters on the 100–101°F and 98–99°F bins because ensemble spreads remain narrow, with minor differences in boundary-layer mixing and exact peak timing separating those outcomes. Historical September averages near 91°F underscore the anomalous warmth, though no major pattern shifts are expected before resolution.
