Iga Swiatek holds a narrow edge in trader consensus for the 2026 Women's French Open title due to her unmatched clay-court record and recent form recovery, including a dominant run through the Rome clay swing that reinforces her status as a four-time Roland Garros champion. Aryna Sabalenka sits close behind at world No. 1, buoyed by her powerful baseline game and strong hard-court results from the Sunshine Double, though some market hesitation stems from her limited prior success on the slower surface. Coco Gauff, the defending champion, and Elena Rybakina follow as credible threats, each showing improved movement and consistency in recent European clay events, while rising prospect Mirra Andreeva adds depth with her aggressive style and youth. The bunched probabilities reflect a wide-open field where historical clay specialists, current ranking momentum, and head-to-head matchups on red dirt keep the outcome highly competitive heading into the May 18 draw.
