Vincent Keymer's commanding early lead after four rounds of the 10-player classical round robin in Bucharest has solidified trader consensus around his 39% implied probability. Fresh off his Grenke Freestyle Open victory in April, the German grandmaster has posted three wins, including key victories over Deac and strong play against the field, establishing clear momentum in this Grand Chess Tour leg. Jorden van Foreest, Praggnanandhaa Rameshbabu, and Anish Giri sit tied on 2.5 points, each benefiting from recent draws and one decisive result that keep their 12-15% chances viable in a tightly contested field. Lower probabilities for Fabiano Caruana, Maxime Vachier-Lagrave, and Wesley So reflect slower starts and tougher remaining schedules, while wildcard Bogdan-Daniel Deac trails significantly.
