The 25-year-old Frenchman’s baseline consistency and movement on slower surfaces align well with the tournament’s physical demands. Lorenzo Giustino, the 34-year-old Italian ranked 205, brings veteran experience and leads the head-to-head 1-0 after defeating Jacquet in straight sets at the March Naples Challenger on the same surface. Both players arrive after limited recent match play, with Giustino exiting early in Munich qualifying and Jacquet seeking to build on his 2026 results. The match on Court 7 will test endurance and clay-court adaptation in a high-stakes bid for main-draw entry.
