Harrison and Skupski enter this HSBC Championships doubles matchup on grass with strong recent momentum from their Australian Open 2026 title run as a new partnership, where they defeated higher-seeded teams en route to the crown. Skupski, a prior Queen’s Club champion, brings proven grass-court success and strong net play, while Harrison adds consistent baseline support and recent major-winning form. Johnson and Zielinski reached the Australian Open semifinals together but have shown more variable results on faster surfaces, with limited recent grass-court exposure compared to their opponents. The matchup favors the higher-ranked Harrison/Skupski pairing due to superior team cohesion and surface adaptation, though Johnson/Zielinski’s experience in tight sets offers realistic comeback potential if serving holds break down early.
