Pledges from Morocco, Albania, Indonesia, and others remain in planning stages, with Morocco’s July 2026 agreement marking the most recent formal step while Indonesia suspended its contribution. Progress hinges on Hamas weapons decommissioning and Israeli withdrawal conditions that negotiators have not finalized. Israel’s August rejection of key elements in the Board of Peace roadmap has further delayed deployment. Resolution depends on verifiable ground operations by non-Israeli, non-Palestinian personnel before the specified deadlines, with December 31 carrying the highest implied probability among active dates.
