Latest National Weather Service and local forecasts for Denver on September 12 project a high near 84°F under mostly sunny skies with light northeast winds, low humidity, and only a 20% chance of isolated showers, aligning with the market's leading 84-85°F outcome. This reflects consensus across models favoring high pressure and minimal cloud cover after recent warming trends, though slight variations in frontal timing or upslope flow could shift the peak by a degree or two. Historical September averages near 80°F provide context, yet current steering patterns support the tighter distribution around the mid-80s, with lower-probability tails hinging on unexpected convection or clearer subsidence. Updated model runs and afternoon observations will refine these variables ahead of market resolution.
