National Weather Service forecasts for Houston on September 10 point to highs in the low 90s amid partly to mostly cloudy skies, a 40-50% chance of showers and thunderstorms, and light southeast winds. These conditions align with the market's leading 90-91°F outcome at 54% implied probability, as scattered convection and humidity often limit peak temperatures near the climatological average of 90°F for the date. Recent model guidance shows modest warming potential into the low 90s if storms remain isolated, supporting the 22.5% odds on 92-93°F, while persistent cloud cover could hold readings to the 88-89°F range priced at 16.5%. Official observations confirm typical early-September moisture patterns without strong high-pressure dominance or frontal passages that would push extremes.
