Latest forecast model runs from European and global ensembles show significant uncertainty in overnight minimum temperatures for Amsterdam on September 13, with guidance diverging between mild conditions near 18–22°C under high pressure and cooler readings around or below 12°C if clearer skies and lighter winds allow stronger radiational cooling. This spread across key thresholds explains the tight clustering of market-implied odds near 30–37% for the extremes. Historical September baselines for the city average 13–16°C lows, providing context for why traders are weighting both warmer anomalies and potential cold snaps. Updated model outputs and local observations from KNMI are expected within hours and could quickly shift consensus.
