Pieter De Lange holds a clear edge in the ITF M25 Oldenzaal first-round clay-court matchup against Pranav Karthik, driven by his superior ATP ranking near 650 versus Karthik’s position outside the top 1,150. De Lange, competing on home soil in the Netherlands, brings a stronger 2026 win-loss record and defeated Karthik in their prior meeting earlier this summer. Karthik, a 21-year-old Indian, has posted inconsistent results recently with multiple early exits on clay, limiting his momentum heading into this encounter. Surface conditions and De Lange’s experience in similar M25 events further tilt trader consensus toward the Dutch player, though Karthik’s youth leaves room for competitive sets if he finds early rhythm.
