Vincent Keymer currently leads market sentiment in the 2026 Super Chess Classic Romania round-robin thanks to his strong start, including a round-two victory over Bogdan-Daniel Deac that placed him atop the early standings alongside Praggnanandhaa Rameshbabu and Maxime Vachier-Lagrave. Recent classical results highlight Keymer’s momentum in this 10-player Grand Chess Tour event, while Jorden van Foreest benefits from solid rating and head-to-head history against several rivals. Praggnanandhaa’s escape in round one against Alireza Firouzja and his subsequent win have kept him competitive, whereas Anish Giri’s late round-three victory over Firouzja has lifted his implied probability. Fabiano Caruana, Wesley So, and the rest of the field remain in striking distance in a balanced field where draw rates remain high and every round can shift the leaderboard through tactical breakthroughs or endgame precision.
