Jannik Sinner holds a dominant position in the 2026 French Open market after Carlos Alcaraz withdrew from the clay-court Grand Slam with a right wrist injury that ended his title defense. Sinner’s recent victory at the Italian Open completed a career Golden Masters and extended his strong clay-court form heading into Roland Garros, where traders now view him as the clear frontrunner. Alexander Zverev sits as the leading challenger based on consistent clay results and head-to-head history, while Novak Djokovic and emerging players like Arthur Fils and Rafael Jodar occupy lower tiers reflecting their recent performances and experience on the surface. The implied probabilities align with Sinner’s current ranking, recent momentum, and the absence of his primary rival.
