This market will resolve once the first data point for the following date has been published on the resolution source, or by 11:59 PM ET on the day following the observation date, whichever comes first. The resolution source for this market measures temperatures to whole degrees Celsius (eg, 9°C). Thus, this is the level of precision that will be used when resolving the market. Revisions to temperatures recorded within this market's timeframe will be considered until the first datapoint for the following date has been published, after which any alterations will not be considered.Recent forecasts from multiple meteorological models indicate a typical tropical pattern for Kuala Lumpur on September 14, with partly cloudy skies, scattered thunderstorms, and light southerly winds expected to limit daytime heating. Official climatological data place September mean daily highs near 32–33°C, with afternoon peaks often moderated by high humidity (70–90%) and convective cloud cover that reduces incoming solar radiation. Current model consensus points to a maximum near 32–33°C, aligning with trader emphasis on the 33°C outcome while assigning meaningful probability to 34°C if clearer conditions allow greater insolation. No anomalous warming or blocking patterns are evident in the latest runs, keeping lower or higher extremes at low implied odds.
