The Los Angeles Chargers command overwhelming trader consensus as David Njoku's landing spot for the 2026-27 NFL season, reflecting his established role as a productive tight end and the team's clear need for a proven pass-catching option in their offensive scheme. Recent contract developments and roster construction priorities have reinforced this positioning, leaving limited room for other clubs despite their listings in the market. The Bengals, Chiefs, and Falcons register as distant alternatives but encounter obstacles in cap flexibility, scheme compatibility, and competition for targets. Even with such strong implied probability, realistic shifts could arise from late offseason injuries, unexpected trade activity, or changes in team priorities that reopen the free-agent window before training camp.
