Dayana Yastremska faces Sara Bejlek in the first round of the Libema Open on grass at 's-Hertogenbosch. The Ukrainian, ranked near 45-49, brings recent momentum from a WTA 125 title in Parma on clay in May and prior grass-court success, including a fourth-round Wimbledon run. Bejlek, ranked around 35-46, arrives after a strong clay season highlighted by a WTA title and a Roland Garros second-round appearance. This marks their first meeting, with both players transitioning from clay to the faster surface where aggressive baseline play and serve strength often decide early-round outcomes. No confirmed injuries or withdrawals alter the draw.
