This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed club is determined as the runner-up of the Virslīga (Latvia) for the 2026 season. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No". If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed participant to finish as runner-up of Virslīga (Latvia) for the 2026 season per the rules of Virslīga (Latvia) (e.g., the participant is eliminated), the corresponding market will resolve to "No". If multiple teams are declared as second-place finishers, this market will resolve in favor of the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically. If this event is cancelled, postponed after December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or a runner-up has not been declared within this timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source will be official information from the Virslīga (Latvia); however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.RFS and Riga FC’s razor-thin battle for the 2026 Virslīga title—separated by a single point after 25 rounds—drives the bunched runner-up pricing, with each viewed as the likeliest second-place finisher depending on which slips first. Riga FC’s superior goal difference and recent attacking form contrast with RFS’s defensive solidity, yet both clubs’ remaining schedule and European commitments introduce volatility. Auda and Liepāja sit within striking distance of the top two, their mid-table consistency and home results offering realistic paths to climb if the capital sides drop points. Lower clubs like Jelgava and Tukums trail significantly, limiting their realistic upside despite longer odds. With roughly 10–11 matches left for most sides, late-season momentum, fixture congestion, and any key injuries will dictate final positioning in this tightly contested race.
