Anna Leigh Waters remains the dominant force in women's pickleball, consistently securing titles across singles, doubles, and mixed events through the 2026 season and entering the 2026-27 campaign as the clear leader in race standings and world rankings. Her partnership with Anna Bright has produced an extended winning streak in women's doubles, while strong showings from Jorja Johnson, Tyra Black, Kaitlyn Christian, and Catherine Parenteau reflect tightening competition and shifting form. Qualification for the May 2027 PPA Finals in San Clemente hinges on accumulated points across the remaining schedule, with top-8 or top-16 thresholds determining the field in each discipline. Recent results highlight defensive improvements and power gains among rising players, alongside occasional singles withdrawals by Waters that open opportunities for others. Trader consensus reflects these established hierarchies and the season-long points race as the primary drivers of implied probabilities for semifinal appearances.

The 2027 PPA Tour Finals is an invitational, season-ending event: players and teams qualify by their Race to the Finals ranking and are drawn into pools, with the top finishers in each pool advancing to the semifinals. A player who does not qualify for the 2027 PPA Tour Finals will resolve to "No".
If at any point it becomes impossible for the listed player to reach the Semifinals of the 2027 PPA Tour Finals (e.g. they fail to qualify, are eliminated, withdraw, or are disqualified), the associated market will resolve to "No".
If the 2027 PPA Tour Finals is cancelled, postponed after May 10, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or the players that reached the Semifinals have not been officially confirmed by the Professional Pickleball Association within that timeframe, this market will resolve 50-50.
The resolution source for this market will be official information from the Professional Pickleball Association (https://ppatour.com/); however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
