This market will resolve according to the team that wins the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations. If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed team to win the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations per the rules of CAF (e.g., they are eliminated), the corresponding market will resolve to "No". If the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations is cancelled, postponed after July 31, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The primary resolution source will be official information from CAF; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Multiple strong African national teams keep the AFCON 2027 winner market tightly bunched, with Ghana, Morocco, and Ivory Coast leading implied probabilities in the low-to-mid 20s percent range. The June-July 2027 tournament in Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda marks the final biennial edition and the first in East Africa in decades, shifting to a summer window that improves availability of Europe-based stars across squads. Defending champions Morocco carry recent pedigree but face motivation from rivals after the disputed 2025 final outcome, while Senegal, Nigeria, and others benefit from deep rosters and ongoing qualification campaigns that began in September 2026. This balance of form, depth, and neutral-venue dynamics sustains competitive trader pricing without a clear frontrunner.
