Manchester City's consistent form and superior remaining schedule have positioned the club as the clear frontrunner for second place in the Premier League table, with traders assigning an 82.5% implied probability. Arsenal holds a slim lead in the title race but faces a tougher close to the campaign, including away fixtures against Crystal Palace and Burnley, while City benefits from home games against Bournemouth and Aston Villa plus a better goal difference. Recent results, such as City's 3-0 win over Crystal Palace that narrowed the gap to two points with two matches left, have reinforced the market's view that the Gunners are more likely to finish first. This leaves the Citizens well placed to claim runner-up based on current standings momentum and fixture difficulty.
