Arsenal's narrow lead atop the Premier League table has positioned Manchester City as the clear favorite to finish second, with traders assigning the Citizens an 82.5% implied probability. With both clubs separated by just two points after 36 matches and a substantial cushion over third-place Manchester United, City's consistent attacking output and defensive organization have kept them within striking distance of the title while virtually eliminating any realistic threat of slipping further down the standings. Recent results have reinforced this dynamic, as neither side has shown signs of faltering in the run-in, leaving the battle for the runners-up spot heavily dependent on whether Arsenal can hold off their rivals over the remaining fixtures.
