A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.**Zalaegerszegi TE and Kispest Honvéd sit at the foot of the 2026-27 OTP Bank Liga table after eight rounds, each with just six points and heavy negative goal differences.** ZTE has lost six of eight matches, while Honvéd has managed only one win amid a run of draws and defeats. The format relegates the bottom side automatically and sends the 11th-placed club into a one-off play-off against an NB II side, keeping pressure on the lower half including Nyíregyháza Spartacus, Debrecen, and Kisvárda. Early results, home/away splits, and squad reinforcements will shape trader views on which sides can climb clear before the winter break.
