This market will resolve to "Yes" if the displayed Rotten Tomatoes "All Critics" Tomatometer score for Primetime is at least equal to the specified number at 10:00 AM ET on September 28, 2026. This market will resolve to "No" if no data is available by October 2, 2026, 11:59 PM ET.**The trailer for A24’s upcoming psychological thriller *Primetime*, released August 6, has driven strong pre-release anticipation around its eventual Tomatometer score.** Starring Robert Pattinson as *To Catch a Predator* host Chris Hansen and marking documentarian Lance Oppenheim’s narrative feature debut, the film benefits from A24’s reputation for critical acclaim, Pattinson’s recent string of intense, awards-contending performances, and the trailer’s sleek, unsettling editing that quickly amassed tens of millions of views. Early online reaction has been largely positive on the visual style and casting, though some discussion centers on the sensitive true-crime subject matter. The most immediate catalyst remains its world premiere in competition at the Venice Film Festival on September 5, where initial critic reviews will establish the first Rotten Tomatoes score ahead of the September 25 U.S. theatrical release. Historical patterns for A24 titles and festival competition entries suggest traders are pricing in a solid-to-strong score, tempered by the inherent unpredictability of early reviews and the film’s provocative premise.
