This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed team is relegated from Uruguayan Primera División at the conclusion of the 2026 Uruguayan Primera División season. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". Official relegation is defined as a team losing its place in Uruguayan Primera División for the following season through their final standing in the 2026 Uruguayan Primera División, via relegation playoff defeat, or by any other official league decision recognized by Uruguayan Primera División. If the 2026 Uruguayan Primera División season is cancelled, postponed after December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there are no teams confirmed for relegation within that timeframe, the corresponding market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source will be official announcements from Uruguayan Primera División. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.**In the 2026 Liga AUF Uruguaya, relegation is decided by the lowest three averages of points per game across the 2025 and 2026 seasons combined.** Progreso sits at the bottom of the current relegation table with a 0.97 average, followed closely by Danubio (1.045), Montevideo Wanderers (1.136), Cerro (1.167), and promoted side Albion (1.172). These teams trail the rest of the pack, with recent Clausura results widening gaps—Progreso has struggled for wins, Albion remains winless after seven matches, and Danubio plus Wanderers occupy the lower positions amid inconsistent form. Stronger 2026 performances by mid-table sides like Boston River and Central Español have helped stabilize their averages, while the top clubs (Peñarol, Nacional) face no risk. Remaining Clausura fixtures and any late momentum shifts will determine final averages before the season concludes.
