Alessandro Bastoni’s future remains highly uncertain as the Italy international centre-back enters the final stages of the summer window with Inter Milan holding firm on a reported €70 million valuation despite earlier interest. Multiple elite clubs across the Premier League, La Liga, and Bundesliga have been linked as potential destinations, reflecting Bastoni’s elite ball-playing ability from the back and proven Serie A form, yet Inter president Giuseppe Marotta has publicly stated the defender has not requested a move and remains under contract until 2028. Trader pricing reflects this stalemate, with no single suitor establishing a decisive edge amid fluctuating reports of Barcelona’s cooling pursuit and competing Premier League interest, leaving outcomes bunched as the market weighs the likelihood of a late deal against the possibility of Bastoni staying put.
