Ronaldo's contract with Al-Nassr features a reported release clause effective in June 2026, opening the door for a move after Portugal's 2026 World Cup exit, though he has repeatedly stated satisfaction with his Saudi role and extended terms through 2027. Trader pricing reflects a fragmented field, with several MLS sides clustered near 7-8% amid league expansion, high-profile marketing potential, and precedents like Messi's Inter Miami stint, while Sporting CP sits similarly due to longstanding sentimental links and Ronaldo's Portuguese roots. Lower odds on European giants like Real Madrid underscore limited realistic pathways there given age, wages, and roster fit. Recent form, official injury reports, and club announcements will likely shape any shifts ahead of free agency.
