Both sides enter this AFL wildcard final with strong late-season momentum after the Western Bulldogs won eight of their final 11 matches to finish eighth while Collingwood secured ninth despite two losses and a draw in their last four outings. The matchup at the MCG carries added intrigue given the teams' Round 12 clash, which the Bulldogs won by four points, and ongoing questions over key personnel. Aaron Naughton and Tim English face fitness tests for the Dogs, while Collingwood monitors Isaac Quaynor and Pat Lipinski alongside longer-term absences for Scott Pendlebury and Brayden Maynard. These availability issues, combined with both clubs' finals experience and the winner-takes-all format, underpin the near-even trader pricing. Further clarity on confirmed lineups or any pre-game setbacks could quickly shift the implied probabilities.
