Current forecasts from meteorological agencies indicate overnight lows in Karachi near 27–28°C on September 17, aligning with the market's leading implied probabilities for those thresholds. Persistent southwest monsoon flows from the Arabian Sea, combined with high humidity levels above 75% and light winds, limit nocturnal radiative cooling typical at the end of the wet season. The recent departure of a Bay of Bengal low-pressure system has reduced cloud cover and precipitation chances, stabilizing temperatures close to seasonal averages rather than allowing sharper drops. Model consensus points to a minimum around 27°C, with any deviation hinging on final wind shifts or localized moisture before dawn.
