This market will resolve in favor of the player that finishes the 2026 NBA Finals with the most total assists. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve in favor of the tied player with more assists per game during the 2026 NBA Finals. If a tie still persists, this market will resolve in favor of the tied player with the most assists in a single game of the 2026 NBA Finals. If a tie still persists, this market will resolve in favor of the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026 NBA Finals concludes early, is shortened, or is truncated for any reason, the outcome shall be determined using available NBA statistics for completed games. If the 2026 NBA Finals is cancelled, postponed after July 3, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or it is unclear which player had the most total assists within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The resolution source for this market will be official information from NBA; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The clustered market prices around 45–50% for more than a dozen NBA players underscore an unusually open race for total assists leader in the Finals. Multiple teams feature distributed ball-handling duties rather than a single primary creator, with backcourt depth, versatile wings, and bigs capable of initiating offense all in contention. Recent regular-season trends show assists spread across rosters due to motion-heavy schemes and transition play, while series length and matchup-specific adjustments can shift individual usage dramatically. This setup leaves the field wide open, as no player holds a clear usage or efficiency edge heading into the matchup.
