This market will resolve “Yes” if the listed nation advances to the Knockout Stage of the 2026 FIFA World Cup. If at any point it becomes impossible for the listed nation to advance to the Knockout Stage (e.g. they are mathematically eliminated), the associated market will resolve to "No". If the 2026 FIFA World Cup competition is cancelled, postponed after July 12, 2026, 11:59 PM ET or the 2026 FIFA World Cup Round of 32 matchups have not been declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “No”. The resolution source for this market will be official information from FIFA; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The 2026 FIFA World Cup group stage, featuring 48 teams across 12 groups of four, determines advancement with the top two finishers per group plus the eight strongest third-place sides progressing to the round of 32. Primary drivers include points earned from the three matches, goal difference, goals scored, and tiebreakers such as disciplinary records or FIFA rankings. Recent qualifiers concluded in March, highlighting squad depth and momentum for sides like the hosts, while opening fixtures on June 11 underscore early results that could shift standings rapidly. Factors such as home support for Canada, Mexico, and the United States, key player fitness, and historical group-stage consistency further influence outcomes in this expanded format where roughly two-thirds of teams advance.
