Recent daily Spotify Global data shows Malcolm Todd’s “Earrings,” Tame Impala’s “Loser,” and Shakira & Burna Boy’s “Dai Dai” clustered near the top, creating a tight race for the weekly #2 slot through August 28. “Dai Dai,” the official 2026 FIFA World Cup anthem released in May, maintains strong momentum from sustained international streaming and post-tournament radio play, while “Loser” benefits from recent film sync exposure that propelled it to recent #1 daily peaks. “Earrings” holds the current daily lead but faces weekly consolidation pressure from these established tracks. Upcoming chart updates and any late-week streaming spikes from new releases or playlists will likely decide the final ranking among these closely matched contenders.
