Official National Weather Service and private model forecasts for Dallas on September 7 project sunny skies and highs of 100–101°F under persistent high pressure, aligning with the market's leading 98–99°F (50.5%) and 100–101°F (38%) bins. Recent observations show Dallas/Fort Worth reaching 98–100°F on September 5–6 amid above-average heat, with heat indices exceeding 105°F due to dew points near 70°F and light southerly winds. This late-summer pattern, well above the 1991–2020 average high of 92°F for the date, reflects minimal cloud cover and dry conditions that favor strong daytime heating. Updated model runs through the weekend will refine exact maxima, though consensus supports limited deviation from the current 99–101°F range.
