Official National Weather Service forecasts project a daytime high near 69°F for Seattle on September 7 under mostly cloudy skies with southerly winds, anchoring the market's close clustering around the 68-71°F ranges. This consensus stems from ensemble model runs showing marine air influence from Puget Sound and increased cloud cover that moderates peak heating relative to clearer weekend conditions. Typical September highs average near 71°F, but the current pattern introduces modest downside risk from persistent low-level moisture and light winds. Traders monitor potential afternoon clearing or model shifts, with the next NWS updates and high-resolution runs likely to refine probabilities before the daily maximum is recorded.
