Recent National Weather Service and private model guidance shows significant spread for Denver's September 14 high temperature, with forecasts clustering between 83–89°F amid partly to mostly cloudy skies and a 20–30% chance of isolated thunderstorms. Afternoon convection and associated cloud cover could suppress peak heating by limiting solar insolation, while clearer periods or delayed storm development would favor readings near or above 88°F. This uncertainty, following a warmer weekend with highs near 93°F on the 13th, explains the market's balanced distribution across bins, as traders weigh ensemble variability against climatological norms around 77°F for mid-September. Updated model runs and short-term guidance expected in the next 24 hours will likely refine resolution criteria tied to official Denver observations.
