Recent polling averages for Israel's October 27, 2026 Knesset election project Likud at 21–24 seats, a consistent decline from its 32 seats won in 2022. Multiple surveys from firms including Midgam, Kantar, Lazar, and Filber through mid-August show this trend holding amid the party's coalition bloc trailing opposition groupings. Contributing factors include sustained public focus on security outcomes since October 2023, coalition strains over draft policies for ultra-Orthodox parties, and internal Likud dynamics ahead of party primaries. These elements have sustained trader consensus on a high probability that Likud will finish with fewer mandates than its prior result, with limited recent polling movement toward recovery.
