Key storylines include the Chiefs' explosive ground game led by Ken Walker following a 220-yard rushing performance in Week 1, Jonathan Taylor's workload against a Chiefs defense missing left tackle Josh Simmons and safety Chamarri Conner, and both teams' injury reports with Chris Jones questionable. Announcers will likely emphasize Mahomes' mobility, Jones' primetime history, recent form after opening losses or wins, and the contrast between Kansas City's balanced attack and Indianapolis' efforts to rebound on the road.
