Felix Lebrun holds a slim 50.5% implied probability edge as trader consensus in this closely contested WTT Men's Singles matchup against Sora Matsushima, driven by his ITTF world No. 6 ranking versus Matsushima's No. 8 and a dominant 5-1 head-to-head record. Their most recent clash at WTT Champions Chongqing in March 2026 saw Lebrun rally from a 1-3 deficit for a thrilling 4-3 semifinal victory en route to the title, underscoring Matsushima's resilience in extended best-of-seven battles. Both young stars boast strong recent form—Lebrun's Chongqing triumph and Matsushima's upsets like over Lee Sang-su—creating balance through stylistic parity in speed and spin play. Late scratches, quarterfinal exertions, or unconfirmed fitness tweaks could shift odds, though no injury reports have surfaced in the past week.
