Germany enters the 2026 FIFA World Cup Group E with overwhelming trader consensus at 70.5 percent implied probability, driven by its deep squad featuring attacking talents like Jamal Musiala and Florian Wirtz alongside proven major-tournament experience. Ecuador sits second at 20.5 percent thanks to its robust CONMEBOL qualifying campaign and organized defensive setup that positions the side as the likeliest challenger for a knockout berth. Ivory Coast at 9.7 percent benefits from an unbeaten qualifying run and physical intensity that could trouble opponents, while debutants Curaçao at 0.8 percent face steep barriers as the group’s most inexperienced unit. Recent previews highlight Germany’s motivation to avoid prior early exits, with second place expected to hinge on Ecuador-Ivory Coast head-to-head form and set-piece execution once matches begin in June.
