The closely bunched probabilities across all ten constructors reflect the inherent unpredictability of fastest-lap honors at Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve. Low-downforce setups, long straights, and heavy braking zones reward late-race tire management and one-lap pushes, allowing any team with clean air and fresh rubber to challenge. Mercedes’ early-season pace edge and recent upgrade package keep it competitive, yet Red Bull, McLaren, and Ferrari have shown comparable straight-line speed in similar layouts. With the 2026 power-unit regulations emphasizing efficiency on long runs, strategic pit calls and track evolution on this Sprint weekend can swing the outcome toward any constructor, underscoring why traders see no clear favorite.

If the 2026 F1 Canadian Grand Prix is canceled or rescheduled to a date after May 31, 2026, this market will resolve to "Other."
This market will resolve in favor of the constructor team whose driver is officially credited with the fastest lap in the Final Classification published by the FIA following the conclusion of the race. The fastest lap must be set during the race itself; times from practice sessions, qualifying, or any other sessions are not considered.
If no driver completes a lap during the race (e.g., due to a red flag ending the race prematurely), this market will resolve to "Other."
The resolution source will be the official Formula 1 website and a consensus of credible sports news reporting.
