Mercedes lead the 2026 Constructors’ Championship by a wide margin with 180 points, driven by Kimi Antonelli’s three consecutive victories and strong qualifying pace, while the team prepares a major upgrade package expected to suit the high-speed corners and long straights of Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve. McLaren sits third in the standings but has shown competitive single-lap speed in recent rounds, keeping it within striking distance for pole. Red Bull’s fourth-place tally and ongoing development lag leave it further behind, with Ferrari second on points yet without matching recent qualifying consistency. These standings and form trends shape the current trader consensus reflected in the implied probabilities for which constructor claims the fastest qualifying lap.

If the 2026 F1 Canadian Grand Prix is canceled or rescheduled to a date after May 30, 2026, this market will resolve to “Other.”
This market will resolve in favor of the constructor team that is officially recognized by Formula 1 as having set the fastest time during the qualifying session for the 2026 F1 Canadian Grand Prix. The market will be settled based on the FIA's official qualifying results, regardless of any subsequent penalties, disqualifications, or changes to the starting grid.
For example, if a constructor team sets the fastest qualifying time but later receives a grid penalty or is moved down the starting order, the market will still resolve to “Yes” for that constructor team.
The resolution source will be the official Formula 1 website and a consensus of credible sports news reporting.
