Both Croatian players bring comparable experience in European table tennis circuits to this WTT Contender singles clash, with Pucar holding the higher world ranking near the top 30 and a track record of deep runs in Star Contender events. Zeljko’s recent form in WTT Feeder and Contender tournaments, including multiple wins in Skopje, has narrowed the perceived gap. Neither side reports notable injuries or lineup issues, and stylistic familiarity from national-team exposure adds to the even implied probability. Late adjustments in serve effectiveness or rally endurance during warm-ups could shift momentum, while any extended rest advantage or surface familiarity would favor the slightly more seasoned Pucar.
