Mercedes holds a commanding lead in the 2026 constructors' championship standings with 180 points, driven by consistent podium finishes and multiple victories from drivers George Russell and rookie Kimi Antonelli. This performance gap has pushed the team's implied probability to 74% in current trader consensus, well ahead of Ferrari at 110 points and McLaren at 94. Recent races, including strong results at the Chinese Grand Prix, have widened Mercedes' advantage through superior pace and reliability. McLaren and Ferrari remain competitive in individual events but face a steep points deficit that limits their title prospects unless Mercedes encounters major setbacks in the remaining schedule.
