Revisions to previously published NPM data made after their initial release will not be considered, unless made to correct clearly erroneous data.Meta's market capitalization of approximately $1.52 trillion as of mid-May 2026 anchors the 89.5% implied probability that it will hold the higher valuation versus Anthropic on June 30, driven by the public company's liquid share price reflecting consistent revenue growth from advertising and AI infrastructure investments. Anthropic's most recent confirmed post-money valuation stands at $380 billion following its February Series G round, with ongoing talks for a potential $900–950 billion financing round and secondary-market indications near $1 trillion facing significant execution hurdles before quarter-end. Traders price in limited likelihood of a completed round or IPO milestone closing the gap in the compressed timeline, underscoring the distinction between Meta's transparent equity benchmark and the uncertainty inherent in private AI valuations amid broader sector momentum.
