Trader consensus on Polymarket heavily favors Avengers: Doomsday with a 62% implied probability for 2026's biggest opening week, driven by explosive early tracking reports from April revealing potential to surpass Avengers: Endgame's $357 million domestic debut amid Russo brothers' prestige and MCU event hype. Spider-Man: Brand New Day's 32.5% share surged post its record-shattering March trailer (718 million views in 24 hours), fueling projections for a massive July 31 summer launch akin to No Way Home's hauls. Christopher Nolan's The Odyssey (21.5%) builds momentum via IMAX innovation and star power (Damon, Holland, Zendaya), while Toy Story 5 eyes family legs ahead of June 19. The Super Mario Galaxy Movie's $131 million April opening sets the benchmark, but upcoming tentpoles like Star Wars: The Mandalorian & Grogu (May 22) could shift dynamics before awards-season distractions hit late-year releases.
