This market will resolve to the player who records the most assists through all rounds of the 2026 FIFA World Cup competition. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official leader as determined by FIFA World Cup rules. If multiple leaders are announced then this market will resolve to the player who completed more passes during the 2026 FIFA World Cup. If a tie still persists, this market will resolve to the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026 FIFA World Cup competition is cancelled, postponed after August 2, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no official leader declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The resolution source for this market will be official information from FIFA; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.**Several elite creators from tournament-favorite nations sit tightly bunched at the top of the World Cup most assists market, with Michael Olise and Bruno Fernandes leading at 13.5% implied probability each, followed by Lamine Yamal at 10.5%.** This competitive dynamic stems from the heavy weighting on squad progression, recent club form, and set-piece responsibilities rather than raw talent alone. Olise enters in exceptional form after a standout Bundesliga and Champions League campaign with Bayern Munich, supplying high volume from the right flank alongside France’s clinical finishers. Fernandes arrives fresh from a Premier League assists record at Manchester United and brings proven delivery for Portugal’s attack, including dead-ball situations that add volume across extra matches. Yamal’s creative output for Barcelona and Spain positions him as a high-upside option if the young winger stays fit and Spain advances deep. Raphinha, Florian Wirtz, Bukayo Saka, and others trail closely because their teams also project to reach knockout stages, where extra games amplify assist opportunities for primary playmakers. Market pricing reflects this bunching around players whose tactical freedom, teammate quality, and fixture depth create realistic paths to the outright lead in a 48-team field.
