Republican incumbent Brian Jack holds a commanding position in Georgia’s 3rd congressional district ahead of the November 3 general election against Democrat Maura Keller. Multiple nonpartisan rating firms classify the seat as Safe or Solid Republican, reflecting the district’s consistent partisan lean and Jack’s strong primary performance. Keller secured her nomination but trails significantly in fundraising. Georgia’s runoff rule requires a majority for an outright winner; traders assign a 95.5% probability that Jack surpasses 50% because the race lacks the competitiveness or turnout volatility seen in battlegrounds. Late developments such as a major scandal or unexpectedly high Democratic mobilization could theoretically narrow margins, yet current indicators point to a decisive first-round Republican victory.
