Stusek has shown consistent results on the ITF circuit this season, while Favier recently advanced through qualifying and secured a prior-round victory on the same surface. The red-clay conditions at the Nice venue favor baseline rallies and endurance, areas where Stusek’s established game may hold an edge, though Favier’s local familiarity and recent momentum introduce competitive balance.
