Fenty arrives after advancing deep in the preceding M25 Wichita event, including straight-set wins that underscore consistent baseline play and serving. Tosetto, a Brazilian player with limited professional experience and recent college ties, earned his spot with a three-set victory in the tournament’s opening round but faces a significant step up in opponent quality. The hard-court surface favors Fenty’s established movement and point construction, though Tosetto’s familiarity with American collegiate-style competition could produce competitive sets if he maintains first-serve percentages.
