The Chicago Bears' record-setting 59-point outburst in their Week 1 victory over the Carolina Panthers has driven overwhelming trader consensus around their selection as the highest-scoring team. Caleb Williams accounted for four touchdowns while the ground attack produced six rushing scores and 291 yards, including dual 100-yard efforts from D’Andre Swift and Kyle Monangai, as Chicago amassed 552 total yards in the highest-scoring Week 1 game in NFL history. This offensive explosion under head coach Ben Johnson aligns with preseason expectations for a high-volume attack featuring multiple playmakers. Late Monday Night Football results or any overlooked tiebreakers remain the only realistic paths for another club to finish ahead, though current scoring margins leave little margin for such shifts.
