Brazil enters the group stage as the clear frontrunner to finish with the most goals scored, reflecting traders' assessment of its superior attacking depth and historical output in World Cup matches. The Seleção opened with a 1-1 draw against Morocco, showcasing fluid play and multiple chances created despite limited finishing. Scotland's 1-0 win over Haiti highlights the gap in quality among the other sides, while upcoming fixtures against Brazil and Morocco will test their limited scoring options. Morocco's organized defense and counter-attacking threat position it as a realistic challenger for high goal tallies, particularly against Haiti. Haiti and Scotland face steep barriers due to defensive vulnerabilities and lower offensive firepower against stronger opposition. The current pricing captures the talent disparity and early results that shape expectations for total goals across the three matchdays.

If the 2026 FIFA World Cup competition is cancelled, postponed after July 11, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no official leader declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other".
The resolution source for this market will be official information from FIFA; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
